These terms apply to use of baburus.shop and purchases from Baburus. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or guardian who has that capacity. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.

Product information and availability

Review the specific product description before ordering, including dimensions, included components, materials where stated, and manufacturer instructions. Product availability is shown on the product page. If an item cannot be supplied after you order, we will contact you and provide the applicable cancellation and refund options.

Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not remove your rights if a delivered item is materially different from its description. We will not replace the product you ordered with a different item without your agreement.

Baby-product use and care

Follow the manufacturer's age, weight, assembly, cleaning, restraint, and use instructions for each product. Adult supervision remains necessary. Never leave a baby unattended in a bath or near water, and use stroller restraints and brakes as directed by its manufacturer.

Keep instructions and product-identification information. Stop using a product if it is damaged, appears unsafe, or is subject to a recall. Contact us for an order-related product concern, and follow official manufacturer or CPSC recall notices where applicable.

Any product-specific warranty applies only as described on its product page or in the supplied warranty documentation. These terms do not exclude applicable legal guarantees or remedies for defective goods.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are in USD. The checkout displays your total, including applicable taxes and disclosed charges, before you confirm the purchase. Payment methods are those actually offered at checkout. See our Payment Policy.

An order confirmation acknowledges the order. If a genuine pricing, availability, or information error prevents us from fulfilling it as agreed, we will contact you to explain the options; we will not impose a higher price or substitute item without your consent. If the order is canceled, collected payment is refunded.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Processing takes 1–2 business days, with estimated transit of 5–8 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 6–10 business days. The Shipping Policy explains tracking and delays.

Unshipped-order cancellation is covered by the Order Cancellation Policy. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. After receiving instructions, goods should normally be sent back within 14 calendar days. Return conditions, postage responsibility, and refund timing are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, misuse another person's payment method, interfere with website security, or copy protected content without permission. Product names, trademarks, and content belong to their respective rights holders.

Third-party links may have their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify hosts the store and processes information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your legal rights and changes to these terms

These terms are subject to applicable US federal and state law. Nothing in them restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not remove rights relating to an order already placed. Contact us if you have a question about an order or these terms.
