Prices and currency

Baburus prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Your final order total is displayed before you confirm payment, including applicable sales tax and any clearly disclosed charges. Standard delivery within the United States is free.

Available payment methods

You can pay using the payment methods displayed in our checkout at the time you place your order. Available options depend on the payment providers enabled for the store and your eligibility to use them.

Please use only the checkout payment options. We will not ask you to send full payment-card details or passwords by email.

Payment confirmation

Your selected payment provider authorizes or collects payment during checkout. Order processing begins after payment is successfully confirmed. An unsuccessful or pending payment may delay order confirmation.

If a payment fails, check the information entered or contact your payment provider. If you believe you have been charged more than once, contact Baburus with your order number and transaction dates so we can investigate.

Order verification

We may contact you if information is needed to verify an order or resolve a payment issue. We may be unable to fulfill an order if payment cannot be confirmed or the order cannot lawfully be completed. Any payment already collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Refunds

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods, or confirming that a return is unnecessary. Banks or payment providers may need up to an additional 10 business days to display the credit.
