Refund policy

Baburus accepts eligible returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products and for non-defective products returned because you changed your mind.

30-day return-request window

Submit your return request within 30 calendar days from the carrier's recorded delivery date. Email support@baburus.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

After notifying us and receiving return instructions, send the goods back without undue delay and normally within 14 calendar days. If our instructions are delayed, a request made within the 30-day window remains timely. If the recorded delivery date appears incorrect, contact us so we can review it.

Condition of change-of-mind returns

For a non-defective return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with its supplied parts, labels, and instructions. Include its original packaging when available. Opening an ordinary outer carton to inspect an otherwise unused item does not automatically make the item ineligible.

Any original hygiene or tamper-evident seal must remain intact for a change-of-mind return. These condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, or restrict rights provided by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and explain the problem. Photos may help us assess the issue when available. We will discuss an appropriate refund or replacement, where a replacement is available, and tell you whether the item needs to be returned. Please stop using an item that may be unsafe.

Baburus covers authorized return postage for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We will provide a prepaid return label or agree in advance to reimburse reasonable return postage. Do not incur return costs before contacting us.

Returns are made by mail. Contact us first so we can identify the order and provide return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the actual return postage and arrange the shipping label. The cost depends on the parcel and the carrier service you select; Baburus does not charge a fixed return-postage fee. This is a US return destination. We recommend a trackable service and retaining the proof of shipment.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Original standard delivery was free, so no original standard-shipping charge is deducted from an approved refund. Return postage paid by you for a change-of-mind return is not refundable.

Inspection and refunds

We inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. For an approved return, we issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods. If we confirm that a return is unnecessary, we issue the approved refund within 10 business days of that confirmation.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item and any associated refundable sales tax. Your bank or payment provider may need up to an additional 10 business days to display the credit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

If a return is not eligible, we will explain the reason and available options. If you have not received an expected refund, email us with your order number so we can check its status.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges. Return the eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for the item you prefer. A replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item may be arranged with you when available.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary return policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law, or any applicable product warranty. Those rights may apply beyond the 30-day return-request window.
